On September 25, Lynk & Co. jointly developed the Lynk & Co. Z10 (pictures | configurations | inquiries) e-sports customized version, named Z10 STARBUFF, which was launched on the market. Z10 STARBUFF will start delivery in November. The car is aimed at e-sports game users and adopts four-seat and five-seat layouts. The four-seat version has double independent seats in the rear and is equipped with a 17-inch rear screen.
Lynk & Co Z10 STARBUFF is currently available in two models: 766km rear-wheel drive and 680km four-seater. The concept version of the e-sports cockpit equipped on this car was first displayed by Meizu at the 2024 ChinaJoy. The Lynk & Co Z10 STARBUFF launched this time is the first time that this cockpit has been put into use.
It is reported that the Lynk & Co Z10 STARBUFF cockpit is equipped with an AMD RX6600M independent graphics card based on the Z10’s Ecarx Makalu computing platform (AMD V2000A automotive-grade system chip), which can run 3A large-scale games. At the same time, the Lynk & Co Z10 STARBUFF is also equipped with a 17-inch OLED rear screen, a 1TB solid-state drive, a 5G network, an e-sports seat, and a small table for placing keyboards and mice. Using the Flyme Auto game space mode, the in-car audio, air conditioning, seats, ambient lights, etc. can be adjusted synchronously to form an immersive e-sports scene. In addition, the rear screen also supports running Windows office software, providing users with a mobile office space.
The Lynk & Co Z10 is built on an 800-volt architecture and is equipped with dual silicon carbide motors. The top-of-the-line 702km four-wheel drive Intelligent Driving Ultra version has a maximum motor power of 580 kilowatts and a maximum torque of 810 Nm; the second-top-of-the-line 806km rear-wheel drive Intelligent Driving Max model has a maximum motor power of 310 kilowatts and a maximum torque of 440 Nm; the remaining rear-wheel drive models have a maximum motor power of 200 kilowatts and a maximum torque of 343 Nm.
